We have a full return and exchange policy, tags must still be attached and no visible wear of garment- ex: no perfume, markings on garment and shoes not worn outside. 14 Days from date of purchase for a full refund.

All Sales items are a final sale, including Deal of the Week, no exchanges, store credit or returns.

Christimas Refund/Exchange Policy - Nov 15/25-Jan 5/26

Any REGULAR priced gift purchased between these dates we will gladly exchange or returned with 14 days after 14 days, we will offer an exchange or store credit, all items must have original tags on, no visible wear and at the discretion of our staff.

We first started out online and now have a Brick and Mortar location in Red Deer AB.
